Who We Are

Gladys Alarcon

Accountant, Tax Agent & Co-Owner

Gladys is a knowledgeable, skilled and dedicated Accountant who has been in the industry for over 21 years in the areas of bookkeeping and accounting.

After graduating from The University of Wollongong, she started Citrine Solutions & Bookkeeping which she ran for over 10 years working along side small to medium business owners helping them with their bookkeeping and compliance needs.

Gladys then started working at a local accounting firm eventually getting her tax agents license and transitioning on to owning her own business specialising in Tax Accounting in the Illawarra. Together with that business she has now partnered with Oriana Katselos opening up her newest firm in the Shell Cove area. Gladys specialises in Taxation for SMSF's and still enjoys Tax Accounting.

Oriana Katselos

Accountant & Co-Owner

Oriana is an experienced and driven Accountant. She has over 15 years experience in the Bookkeeping and Accounting industry and enjoys specialising in Taxation for individuals and companies providing support and assistance to people in need.

Oriana graduated with her Degree in Accounting from the University of Wollongong and is working towards becoming a Chartered Practising Accountant.

As a partner at A.K & Associates she is responsible for preparation and lodgement for tax returns for all types of entities and co-leads the firm together with Gladys Alarcon into a brighter future.

Nicholos Katselos

Senior Accountant

Nicholos is our Senior Accountant and has been in the industry for over 15 years, specialising in Small  Business and Management Accounting. He is one of the latest members to the A.K  & Associates team.

Nicholos graduated from the University of Wollongong with a degree in Accounting accomplishing this with a distinction average. After a well deserved 3 month European holiday, he worked at a top mid-tier firm in Sydney for 2 years before returning to Wollongong where he has found great pleasure working with business owners and imparting his invaluable knowledge and experience.
